Our Sites, Supporting Change...
Food For Change currently has one major farm site located in Clayton South. Opened in late Feb 2017 the farm grows fresh food for those in need locally and across Melbourne. The farms main beneficiary is the Kingston City Church who feed over 120 families a week. Food from the site also goes to Sacred Heart Mission, Secondbite, Rowville Community Kitchen & Matts Place.
We also partner with other local organisations to facilitate growing programs on their own land to support the people they feed, reduce costs and increase impact.
Food For Change is proud to feed so many people locally and we look forward to opening many more farms and partner sites across Australia.
